The Zimbabwe Republic Police has released pictures of three men wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Ruwa in which US$108,000 was stolen.

The suspects, Obert Tinarwo, alias Mambo Dhuterere, and David Majagada, alias Kule Dhivha, are wanted over the robbery at a company in Borders Estate on 13 September 2026.

Police have appealed to anyone with information that could assist in locating the suspects to report it to the nearest police station.

On Tuesday, the ZRP released a statement clarifying that the wanted armed robber, Mambo Dhuterere, had no connection to the prominent gospel musician.

“The ZRP clarified that one of the outstanding suspects referred to as “Mambo Dhuterere” is not the Zimbabwean musician known by that name,” the ZRP said.
