The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is collaborating with Zambian authorities to locate five fugitives believed to be in Zimbabwe, who are wanted in connection with aggravated robbery, theft, and cybercrime.

In a press statement dated October 14, 2026, police said the Criminal Investigation Department headquarters was working with the Zambia Police Service to strengthen cross-border cooperation and combat transnational crime.

The suspects are Emmanuel “Jay Jay” Banda, Kaizar Peter Zulu, Enock Mwanza, Robert Ng’uni and Susan Chileshe.

Banda is wanted for aggravated robbery, attempted murder and escaping from lawful custody, while Zulu faces allegations relating to conversion of a motor vehicle, threatening violence and assault.

Mwanza, Ng’uni and Chileshe are wanted in connection with alleged cybercrime offences, including unauthorised access to and interference with computer systems.

Police have appealed to the public for information that could help establish the suspects’ whereabouts and facilitate lawful action.

Anyone with information is urged to report to the nearest police station, call the National Complaints Desk on 0242 703631, send a WhatsApp message to 0712 800 197, or contact Interpol NCB Harare on +263 242 700099.

The police warned members of the public not to approach or confront the suspects.

The ZRP said the operation reflected its commitment to working with regional and international law-enforcement agencies to combat organised and serious crime.
